PRICE
Prices are based on exchange rates at the time when deal the order. But may be subject to change by subject notice. Product price will be confirmed at the time of initial enquiry and will be guaranteed for the duration order.

PAYMENT
We (PT. Bali Sraya) only aceppt the Telegraph Transfer 50 % payment upon placing your order and 50% payment upon final delivery.

SHIPPING
Shipping is available by Air or by Sea. Shipping by Air is fastest and most expensive.
Shipping by Sea is more economical. Usually we sent the Product by this condition (LCL).
LCL; Less than Container Load, the goods are packed on place in wooden crate with specially designed regarding the size of your good.
You (Customer) are free to use your Broker (Cargo Agent) or you may choose us to assist it and we would be happy to help you. We will use the cheaper price from few Brokers (Cargo Agent) to send your product.

PRODUCTION TIMES
For the product with already stock, after deal the order and payment,  we just need few days for last finishing and ready to send it.
For product without stock or with special sizes (dimention), we need 1,5 months until 2 months for production (depend on the difficulty of design / carving)
