Balinese carving, apart from its traditional form, also has undergone rapid growth and development in paterns and styles. Its traditional form reflect symbolic aspects of religious magic by using themes of divine protection. Such forms usually are used in Temples, Palaces and Parks.
Recently, the development of Artistic creativity using new themes has given special character to the growth and varieties of modern Balinese carving. Moreover, this art even fulfilled the needs Exterior and Interior decorating for Houses, Offices and Hotels. Carving gives more pleasant atmosphere and feeling of security.
